Ralph Young, one half of the celebrated international singing duo "Sandler & Young," died August 22, 2008. He was 90. The New York-born and raised Young died of unspecified causes at his home in Palm Springs, California after a brief illness. From the 1960s through the early 90s, the tuxedo-clad duo released 22 albums, headlined major hotel and casino showrooms in both the United States. and abroad, and made countless guest appearances on top-rated television variety shows.
He died in Palm Springs, California and is buried at Desert Memorial Park in Cathedral City, California.
