Career
In the 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th Lok Sabha, he represented Damoh constituency and in the 14th Lok Sabha he represented Khajuraho constituency of Madhya Pradesh state. In 2008, he was elected to the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha from Pathariya constituency and resigned from the Lok Sabha on 19 December 2008.
