Career
Falker played 3 seasons (2004–2007) in the National Collegiate Athletic Association basketball championship playing for Southern Illinois University. Being non-drafted at the National Basketball Association draft in 2008, he decided to start his career in Europe and signed in summer 2008 for Cholet Basket (French Pro A) where he will become a major player of the team under coach Erman Kunter and one of the best rebounders of the league. With Cholet, he also played European competitions such as the 2008-2009 EuroChallenge where they reached the Final game, the 2009-2010 EuroCup and the 2010-2011 Euroleague.
On September 26, 2012, Falker signed with Beşiktaş of the Turkish Basketball League for the 2012-2013 season.
On July 3, 2013, Falker signed a one-year contract with SLUC Nancy Basket of France. In February 2014, he extend his contract until 2016.
At the end of the 2013-2014 LNB Pro A season, he was named best foreigner player of the season.
