Randall was born in 1955 in Newark, New Jersey and grew up in San Pedro, California and Baton Rouge, Los Angeles. Today he lives and works in New York.

Primarily abstract and surrealist painter. Live and work in New York. Studio Assistant to NY Abstract Expressionist and Colorist, Ray Parker during the late seventies and early eighties in New York. Present work is multiple panel landscape-mural painting installations.
