Randi Warne graduated from University of Winnipeg, obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in 1975. In 1979 she earned her Master of Arts and in 1988 Doctor of Philosophy, both from University of Toronto.
Between 1988 and 1993 Mrs. Warne worked at St. Stephen’s College, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, serving as a program director for continuing education and assistant professor of social ethics. She held the post of a lecturer in religious studies and women’s studies at University of Alberta, Edmonton, from 1993 to 1994. In 1993-1995 Mrs. Warne joined the staff of Emmanuel College, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, acting as a research associate for the Centre for the Study of Religion in Canada. Since 1994 Randi Warne was appointed director of women’s studies and assistant professor of religious studies at University of Wisconsin—Oshkosh.
Randi Warne has been a contributor to collected volumes, including Women, Work, and Worship: The Whole Story, Up and Doing: Canadian Women and Peace, Religious Studies: Issues, Prospects, and Proposals etc.
