Clark Randolph "Randy" White is a former Democratic member of the West Virginia Senate, representing the 11th District from 2002-2011.


White, Randy was born on May 10, 1955 in Charleston, West Virginia, United States. Son of Goodridge English White Junior and Barbara Kleintap White.

Business manager Mineral Springs Motel Inc., since 1978. Mayor Town of Addison, 1991—2003. Member West Virginia House of Delegates, 1996—2002.

Member District 11 West Virginia State Senate, 2002—2011, chair agriculture committee, member education committee, finance committee, government organization committee, labor committee, natural resources committee & transportation and infrastructure committee.
