Mr. Fleischer was the victim of discrimination as a manager of a large health club which was part of a national chain. Mr. Fleischer represented himself pro se while still in law school because there were very few attorneys involved in representing employment discrimination plaintiffs.
Mr. Fleischer won every major motion in federal court against two major law firms and settled the case before he graduated law school.
Since that time Mr. Fleischer has focused his practice on representing victims of discrimination.
