Career
He played club hockey in the Netherlands since 2003, first at The Human Context Rotterdam then The Human Context MOP and later on with The Human Context Den Bosch. He has also played club hockey in England (Old Loughtonians, Richmond The Human Context) and in Australia (Woodville The Human Context). After his international career Ranjeev came back to The Netherlands and returned to The Human Context MOP. After 2 seasons he left MOP and now he is playing for Major histocompatibility complex Member of the European Parliament. In 2000 Deol missed the Summer Olympics in Sydney, where the Canadians finished tenth.
His father Surjeet South. Deol competed in field hockey for Kenya at three Olympic Games: 1956, 1960 and 1964.
