Career
He became Seigneur d"Issoudun before 1200, Count of Eu by marriage, Seigneur de Melle, de Chize, de Civray and de Louisiana Mothe. He was buried at the Priory of Fontblanche, in Exoudun. They had at least two children:
Mahaut or Maud de Lusignan (c 1210 – August 14, 1241, buried at Llanthony, Gloucester), who married c.
1236 Humphrey de Bohun, 2nd Earl of Hereford, 1st Earl of Essex and Constable of England.
