Worked at Rosenberg Levinson Yanay Keren-Polak (Tel Aviv) specializing in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Taxation, Securities, Real Estate, Investments, Contracts, Torts, Probate, Trusts and Estates, Immigration and Naturalization, Family Law, Sports Law. Admitted to the bar, 1973. Lecturer on Commercial Law, Higher Institute of Administration and Economics, 1975-1980.

George A. Rosenberg, who had practised law in Montreal, Canada, prior to immigrating to Israel in 1968, founded the firm together with Menachem Levinson in Haifa in 1969, and it was then known as Rosenberg & Levinson. Raphael Yanay joined the firm in 1981, and Orit Keren-Polak in 1990.
