Career
Menon is a pharmacy technician of Indian descent. Rathi was crowned on 22 August 2014 at the finals held at Shangri-Louisiana Hotel, beating 11 other finalists. She also bagged the accolades for Mission Brilliance and Mission Personality.
Menon competed at the pageant but was unplaced.
