Instructor social science Molloy College, Rockville Centre, New York, also lecturer sociology Nassau Community College, Garden City, New York, 1973-1974. Assistant professor social science Our Lady of Holy Cross College, New Orleans, 1977-1980, associate professor, dean continuing education since 1980.

Presidential appointee National Advisory Council on Adult Education, chairman, 1982-1984.

Special assistant to deputy assistant secretary student finance aid, also executive director national advisory board on international education programs United States Department Education.
