Career
He played college basketball at Villanova University. After going undrafted in the 2010 National Basketball Association draft, Redding signed with ETHA Engomis of the Cypriot League for the 2010-2011 season. In July 2011, he signed a one-year deal with Walter Tigers Tübingen of the German Basketball Bundesliga.
He later resigned with them for one more season.
In July 2013, he signed a two-year deal with Alba Berlin. In March 2014, he was named Eurocup quarterfinals game-2 Most Valuable Player. He was named to the All-Eurocup Second Team in 2014.
He was also named to the All-Basketball Bundesliga First Team. On June 17, 2015, he signed a two-year contract with the Turkish team Darüşşafaka.
