Kozeniauskiene, Regina was born on February 6, 1946. Daughter of Repecka Adomas, Mogenryte Adele Mogenryte.


Habilitation in Humanities, vilnius University, 1967.


With Vilnius University, Lithuania, 1967—1990, senior assistant professor, 1991—1992, associate professor, 1992—1996, chairman department Lithuanian Language, since 1996, professor, since 2002. Member Experts' Commission of the Native Languages of National Minorities.
