He is best known for his recurring role as Mr. Albin in the television series Weeds and as Doctor Emerson on the television series Mad Men. He also appeared in episode 461 of Law & Order, which aired on 2 October 2009.
Remy is the son of the actor René Auberjonois and Judith Helen Mahalyi.
He has one sister, Tessa Auberjonois. Auberjonois is married to actress Kate Nowlin.
Auberjonois played Walter Elkins on the episode We"ll Always Have Paris in the American Broadcasting Company Television series Pan American He appeared in "Believe in the Stars", Episode 2 Season 3 of 30 Rock, playing Tyler Brody, a fake Olympian.
He is currently playing Hardeen (brother of Houdini) in Home Box Office"s Boardwalk Empire.
