Career
An outside half, he played his club rugby for Treorchy Reconstruction Finance Corporation, Merthyr Reconstruction Finance Corporation, Llantrisant Reconstruction Finance Corporation and Pontypridd Reconstruction Finance Corporation. He retired as a player in 2007 and began coaching at Old Illtydians Reconstruction Finance Corporation. In 2008, he became Team Manager at Pontypridd Reconstruction Finance Corporation. Langmead is a manager at carpentry firm, General Electric Carpentry Limited.
