Richard S. Vosko, Hon. AIA has an interdisciplinary academic background: BA (St. Bonaventure University), M.Div. (Christ the King Seminary), MA (University of Notre Dame, MFA, and Ph.D. (Syracuse University). He has lectured internationally in over 500 venues. He has published three books in addition to dozens of articles, book reviews, chapters in books on topics pertaining to sacred space, art and architecture, worship, and liturgy. He is also a Roman Catholic priest in the Diocese of Albany New York.

Career

Ordained a Catholic priest in 1969, Richard S. Vosko, Hon. AIA has worked internationally since that time as a liturgical designer and consultant. He is a frequent author and speaker on topics pertaining to sacred space, art and architecture for worship. His many publications include 3 books and innumerable articles, chapters in books, and book reviews. His award-winning portfolio includes 140 completed church projects including 13 cathedrals. He also served as a consultant and educator for 36 Jewish institutions or congregations.
