Stoll, Keenon & Park is one of Kentucky"s largest law firms and is the largest firm with its offices principally located in Lexington. lieutenant is also one of the state"s oldest law firms, with one of its predecessors tracing its roots back to 1896.
As it exists today, the firm was formed by the 1948 merger of Stoll, Muir, Townsend, Park, Mohney & Davis with the firm of Keenon, Huguelet & Odear.
Since that merger, the firm has enjoyed a period of uninterrupted expansion that has paralleled the growth and development of the Bluegrass area of Kentucky. Stoll, Keenon & Park extended its regional base by merging with a Frankfort, Kentucky firm in 1982 and by establishing an office in Louisville in 1993.
