Graduated from the high school, Washington, District of Columbia, 1888.


Railway secretarial positions until 1898. In Navy, Spanish-American War (Santiago Campaign). With New York City R.R., and Metropolitan St. Railway, New York, 1899-1904.

President, general manager New York Transportation Company, etc., 1904-1918, established first taxicab and motor bus services in America, 1906. President, general manager Detroit Motorbus Company, 1919-1921. President, general manager People’s Motorbus Company of St. Louis, 1923-1931.

Now in consultant practice. Home: Mount Kisco, New York.
