Career
Marotta has composed music for the television show, Everybody Loves Raymond. Tom Cosgrove sang and played lead, Stu Woods played bass (he would later appear on Todd Rundgren"s Something/Anything? album), and Mike Garson played keyboards. The second, released as the band was crumbling is almost impossible to find.
The band had a unique sound, a mixture of rock & country, with traces of jazz, and a bit of influence from Doctor John, who wrote the album notes and wrote a song ("Loop Garoo") for them.
He was also in a band called "The Riverboat Soul Band". They released their album in 1968 and it was called "Mess-up".
