Career
Scarry spent many years as a radio broadcaster before switching careers mid-life. During his broadcasting years, he worked at such Los Angeles radio stations as KMET, KHJ and KMPC. He has also performed numerous voice-over roles on television shows and commercials. Scarry left the radio broadcasting industry in 1989 to pursue acting.
Later Scarry guest starred in television shows such as "",,.
He appeared in the recurring role of city councilman Brendan Kelly on the Showtime series. Among his feature films are,, and Addams Family Values.
Scarry had lead roles in several independent films such as The Absence of Light and Dating Games People Play.
