Succeeded to the headship of Ohashi Shoten (Store) Company (1910). He became representative employee of Chori Gomei Kaisha (Unlimited Partnership Company) (1933). Riichiro Ohashi reorganized Chori Gomei Kaisha into Chori Company, Ltd. and became its president. Holds several additional posts including that of director of Kyoto Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
