The universe is divided into inner and outer worlds The inner and outer worlds are parallel but exist in different scales and dimensions. The book defines speed of mind or thought,. an absolute scale of intelligence, origin and demise of the universe differences, between life and death and causes of irritability. These concepts also lead to artificial intelligence and perception of intelligence for future generations. It is shown that absolute intelligence is independent of race and sex.
