Rishichi Takada was born in Kyoto in 1903.
He graduated from Political Course of Law Department, Tokyo University (1927).
He served with Yasuda Bank and then transferred to Shoei Silk Manufacturing Company (1938) and became chief of its Sales Department, managing director and then president (1946). As Japanese representative he attended International Silk Industry Conference in France (1948) and U.S.A. (1950). He held additional posts of managing director of Nigerian (Federation of Japan Employers' Associations) and director of Nihon Kyokai (Japan Agricultural Society) and official of several other agricultural organizations.
