Career
Born in New Jersey, Burak served as Secretary of the Cabinet for the Government of Ontario from 1995-2000. Previously she served as Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and as Assistant Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Housing. Rita Burak is a graduate of Atkinson College, York University (Bachelor 1977).
