Mufti Mohammed Ibrahim Mohammed Rizwe also known as Rizwi Mufti is a Muslim scholar and the current President for All Ceylon Jamiyyathul Ulama an organisation that plays an active role as the Islamic religious higher authority of Sri Lanka with 5000 active members under its 134 district and divisional branches.
