The Viscountcy of Hereford is the oldest extant viscountcy in the Peerage of England, making the holder the Premier Viscount of England. He was a Justice of the Peace and Doctor of Laws for Breconshire, a Justice of the Peace for Herefordshire and Radnorshire, and a county alderman for Monmouthshire. Mary Anne Morgan, youngest daughter of the first Lord Tredegar She was born in October 1843 and died on 14 August 1924.
