Career

In mission work, McKeesport, Pennsylvania, and Binghamton and Buffalo, New York, 1896-1900. Ordained Baptist ministry, 1900. Preached in Baptist Church, Springboro, Pennsylvania, 1900-1902, Presbyterian Church, Erie, 1902-1904, Lafayette Presbyterian Church, Buffalo, during course at Princeton, and as pastor until 1910.

Pastor Pasadena Presbyn Church, 1911-1940, pastor emeritus. Trustee Occidental College. Moderator Synod of California, 1920-1921, and of Los Angeles Presbytery, 1931.

Member Board of National Missions of the Presbyterian Church, National Council Boy Scouts. President Monte Vista Grove Homes, Pasadena.
