From 1987 to 1992 Robert studied at San Agustín School in Panamá. In 1993 he was a student of the Institute of Celestin Freinet in Panamá. In 1994 he became a student of the San Vicente School in Panamá. In 2001 he was a student of the MTI College of Business and Technology in Houston, Texas, United States. In a year he graduated from it. In 2009 he was a student of the Interamericana University of Panamá in Panama City, Panama. He studied at the faculty of communications. In five years Robert studied at Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona by Coursera, Democracy and Public Decisions in Barcelona, Spain. He received a Statement of Accomplishment. In 2015 he was a student of the University of New Mexico in Mexico. He studied at the faculty of international business. In this year he studied at the Universidad de Alicante by Unimocc aemprende at the faculty of entrepreneurship.
