Engineer-in-Chief and Commissioner for Roads and Bridges, 1889. Engineer-in-Chief for,Public Works, 1895. Under Secretary and Commissioner for Roads.
President of the Sydney Harbour Trust since 1901. Chairman of the Managing Committee, Government Dockyard, Biloela, Sydney, New South Wales. I. Companion of the Distinguished Service Order, Justice of the Peace.
