Career
He joined the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League during the 1976 season, playing 5 regular season games and the Western Final. Several years later he returned to Regina to live.

He was an American Federation of Labor-Congress All-Star in 1969, and played with the Chiefs in their defeat of the Oakland Raiders in the 1969 American Federation of Labor-Congress Championship Game and in their crushing of the NFL"s champion Minnesota Vikings in the fourth and final American Federation of Labor-Congress-NFL World Championship Game.
