Bachelor of Arts, Fordham University, 1971.
Master of Architecture, Harvard University, 1976.
My primary objective is to deliver engineering and architecture design excellence in the built environment.
Providing architecture, engineering, and urban design leadership for public transportation and private property development projects, along with Public Private Partnership (P3), Alternative Financing Procurement (AFP) and Transit Oriented Development (TOD) opportunities, I also have collateral experience in major rail transportation engineering and infrastructure disciplines, planning, landscape, and environmental design.
Living and working with large-scale transportation and property development programs worldwide, I bear witness to the widespread and lasting value-added economic benefits that efficient and effective public, private, P3, AFP, and TOD initiatives such as these promote for universal community interests.
I participate in public transportation, property development, and capital investment opportunities with commonly shared civic goals providing long-term interest-bearing assets yielding environmental and economic dividends working for the public good.
