Depp, Robert Eugene was born on June 15, 1932 in Selma, Ohio, United States. Son of William Henry and Fonetta (Upthegrove) Depp.


Bachelor of Science in Physics, Center State University, Wilberforce, Ohio, 1969. Master of Science in Logistics Management, Air Force Institute of Technology, 1973.


With Defense Electronics Supply Center, Dayton, Ohio, from 1969, branch chief assignee activity, 1978-1982, chief qualification division, 1982-1986, director quality assurance, from 1986.
