Career

Engaged in railway, mining, hydroelectric and logging engineering, 1908-1915. Successively transitman, resident engineer, div. engineer, maintenance engineer, assistant chief engineer, Oregon State Highway Department, 1915-1932, chief engineer, 1932-1956. Chief engineer Highway Mission to Iraq, from 1956.

Represents firm Edwards, Kelcgy and Beck, consultant engrs., Newark.
