The Law Offices of Robert M. Cook was established in 1980 in Norfolk, Nebraska. The firm relocated to Phoenix, Arizona in 1988, where Mr. Cook continued his emphasis on agricultural law matters including in the Yuma, Arizona area.
The firm is now located in Yuma, Arizona, one of the more economically significant agricultural areas in the world.
Mr. Cook is a nationally recognized livestock law attorney and has participated in leading livestock law cases. He has practiced for many years before the Secretary of Agriculture in Packers and Stockyards and PACA matters.
In addition, Mr. Cook has performed work for creditors and debtors in hundreds of Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcy cases.
He prefers complicated reorganization proceedings. Most recently, he has served as lead counsel in the successful feedlot reorganization of Circle South Cattle Company, Dodge, Nebraska (Bankruptcy Court, Nebraska).
