Head Cooperative Chemical Engineering Research Laboratory, Tennessee Valley Authority, 1934-1948. On leave as principal physicist to Nuclear Reactor School, Atomic Energy Commission, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, 1946-1947. Consultant Bureau Mines, 1939-1941, Monsanto Chemical Company, 1947-1948, Carbide & Carbon Chemical Corporation (name changed to Union Carbide Nuclear Company). since 1948.
