He is the third goalscorer in Associate of Science Roma"s history, having scored 103 goals in over 150 appearances. He played a non-official match with Fiorentina under the fake surname of Bolteni, this was because he was serving the military service and couldn"t do any other activity. In 1928 he was signed up by the barely constituted Associate of Science Roma and became one of its most important players during the "20s and the "30s.
He was the first official goalscorer in Campo Testaccio, the first Roma"s stadium.
Playing an amount of 150 games with the Giallorossi scoring 103 goals, he was the scorer of the first Derby della Capitale, a 1–0 victory against South.S. Lazio in 1929. During the season 1930-1931 he became Serie A Topscorer with 29 goals in 33 games, helping Roma to finish as runners-up.
He left Roma in 1933 for personal problems with Enrique Guaita and Elvio Banchero and was signed up by Pisa. When he finished his football career, he worked as janitor in Rome, and died in 1983 in misery in the town of Nemi.
