Catacutan was born and raised in Negros Oriental, Philippines and is currently based in Cebu City where she graduated with a degree in Nursing at the University of San Jose–Recoletos.

Rogelie Ardosa Catacutan, also known as Rogelie Catacutan, is a Filipino beauty pageant title holder and model from Cebu City who won the Binibining Pilipinas 2015 Mission Supranational Philippines at the Coronation night held on March 15, 2015 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City, Philippines.
Career
Early life and education
Catacutan started her pageant career at an early age of seven and have been successful with school and city competitions. Binibining Pilipinas
Catacutan competed in Binibining Pilipinas 2015 and was crowned as Binibining Pilipinas Supranational 2015, gaining the right to represent the Philippines at the Mission Supranational 2015. Fellow winners are Pia Wurtzbach (Binibining Pilipinas - Universe), Janicel Lubina (Binibining Pilipinas - International), Christi Lynn McGarry (Binibining Pilipinas - Intercontinental) and Ann Lorraine Colis (Binibining Pilipinas - Tourism).
Mission Supranational 2015
Catacutan finished at the Top 20 (14th place overall) among 82 candidates in the Mission Supranational 2015 held at Krynica-Zdrój, Poland last 4 December 2015.
She also garnered Top 10 nominations for Best Model and Best Evening Dress. Catacutan is a registered nurse and worked in an international hotel.

After moving to Cebu for college, she got into modelling and eventually garnered accomplishments on more prestigious beauty pageants with titles namely Mission Cebu 2010 3rd runner-up, Mission World Philippines 2011 top 12 finalist and Reyna ng Aliwan 2011, where she was part of the historic 6-year winning streak (2009-2014) of Cebu representatives. After a 3-year hiatus, she competed for another national pageant, Mission Casino Filipino 2014 and won the crown.
