Elizabeth/Le Gac finished 15th at the 2013 World Junior Championships in Milan after ranking 13th in the short and 18th in the free dance.
Le Gac debuted on the junior international level with Estelle Elizabeth in the 2010-2011 season. In January 2012, they represented France at the Winter Youth Olympics in Innsbruck, Austria, placing 6th in the short dance, 5th in the free dance, and 5th overall. They placed 11th in both segments and 11th overall at the 2014 World Junior Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria.
They were coached by Muriel Boucher-Zazoui, Romain Haguenauer, and Olivier Schoenfelder in Lyon.
Le Gac relocated with Haguenauer to Montreal, Quebec in July 2014 and was paired with Canadian ice dancer Marie-Jade Lauriault the same month. The two decided to represent France.
They are coached by Haguenauer, Patrice Lauzon, Pascal Denis, and Marie-France Dubreuil in Montreal. Lauriault/Le Gac competed on the senior level in the 2014-2015 season.

With Marie-Jade Lauriault, he won the 2015 International Skating Union Junior Grand Prix in Spain and 2016 French national junior title. They won bronze in the team event. They won silver at the Open d"Andorra and finished 9th at the 2014 CS Golden Spin of Zagreb before taking silver at the French Championships. They won two medals on the Junior Grand Prix (JGP) series — silver in Linz, Austria and gold in Logroño, Spain. In February 2016, they won gold at the French Junior Championships ahead of Angélique Abachkina / Louis Thauron.
