Career
Pidkivka is the product of the Karpaty Lviv Youth School System. In January 2011 he was called up for Ukraine national under-16 football team, but not made a début. He made his début for Football Club Karpaty playing a full-time against Football Club Vorskla Poltava on 14 July 2013 in Ukrainian Premier League.
