Mr. Perey has been a trial lawyer for 29 years and has tried over 200 cases to conclusion.
He obtained the first personal injury jury verdict in the State of Washington in excess of $1,000,000 when he obtained a $2,350,000 verdict for a quadriplegic 16 year old boy in 1975.
Mr. Perey personally evaluates and handles all cases with the assistance of a litigation staff consisting of his associate lawyer, Stacey K. Smith and case managers: one medical doctor and three registered nurses, and several consulting medical doctors. Mr. Perey is certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
