Career
Hubert is also the Executive Director of Pathways Skill Development & Placement Centre in London. Hubert is currently the Executive Director of Pathways Skill Development and Placement Centre since 2000. Prior to that, Hubert was with Navigators of Canada as Director of Team and Organizational Development.
Hubert is very involved in his local London Community and serves on several boards and committees.
His three areas of focus are: Economic and Workforce Development, Transportation, and Parks and Recreation.
