He played college football at Louisiana State University, and originally signed with the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent in 2015. Martin was ranked as the 21st best prospect in the state of Louisiana by Tigerbait.com. Martin was selected to the All-State first-team in football and basketball.
