Career
He is a sculptor and silversmith and is known for his abstractions of animal figures. He trained at the School for American Craftsmen at the Rochester Institute of Technology and in Oslo, Norway, on a Fulbright Fellowship at Statens Håndværks og Kunstindustriskole. Senungetuk started the University of Alaska Fairbanks" metalsmithing program and served as director of its Native Art Center.
2008 Denali National Park Artist-in-Residence.
