Stauber, Ronald Joseph was born on November 8, 1940 in Toledo. Son of Frederick I. and Anna R. (Kline)Stauber.
Mr. Stauber is a practicing corporate/business attorney and the principal of the Stauber Law Offices. He maintains a corporate and business transactional practice where he advises companies in formation, corporate governance, compliance, financing, private and public offerings – initial public offerings, direct placements – Regulation D, Rule 701, PIPEs and other equity placements (Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934). IHe also advise private investors, CEOs and senior management at all stages of growth, including governance, acquisitions/tender offers, SPAC and de-SPACs, business combinations, SAFEs, mergers/reverse mergers, divestures/separations, stakeholder relations and securities transfers, secured and unsecured debt and related equity financings. The Stauber Law Office structures, negotiates and documents transaction.
Mr. Stauber also own, race and show vintage pre-war classic automobiles and had been invited to and, pre-Covid, continuously yearly raced during Car Week at Pebble Beach, CA. – the Rolex Monterey Motorsport Reunion. In additional to being an avid (not necessarily good) golfer, he enjoys playing golf with Daniel, his 22-year-old son. Mr. Stauber is also a philatelist and specializes in 19th Century United States classic stamps.
Based primarily in California, HE also maintains a home in Rhinebeck, New York.
