Roopa was born to N. Rama Pai and S. Pushpalatha in Ernakulam on 31 July 1984.

Career

She started her career as a playback singer in the movie Madampi in 2008. She has also recorded songs for and Kannada films. Roopa debuted as a playback singer in 2008 with the song "Ente Sharike" in B. Unnikrishnan"s film Madampi under music director M.
