Rosario is a mix of Antillean and Mauritian heritage: his father is from Martinique and his mother is from Mauritius. He was born in Paris, but his family quickly moved to Sarcelles in Val d"Oise(a suburb of Paris).

As a young boy, Rosario showed great potential and abilities. He joined Associate of Applied Science Sarcelles Football which provided him good footballing facilities to progress. At the end of the 2008-2009 season, a lot of major club want to recruit him as Paris Saint-Germain, Monaco, Nantes and Rennes.Despite the interest of Elite Clairefontaine Academy, his family choiced to send him at Caen.
2009 - Stade Malherbe de Caen
He was spotted by Stade Malherbe Caen in 2009 and signed instantly without even attending a trial.
Good form led to an youth international call-up in 2011. The 2012/2013 season is a brilliant season for him, thanks to the confidence of his coach Franck Dechaume, he brought, as a captain, the academy team to the top.
Foreign the 2013-2014 season, Rosario was called by Gregory Proment, the coach of the reserve. During the season, he developed his game on both side and played as a winger on a few matches.
He is the player of his generation (1996) who played the most in the Championnat de France Amateurs (1615 minutes).
2014 - Ross County Football Club
The 5 August 2014, he signed a professional contract at Ross County Football Club in the Scottish Premiership.
