Rowley Elliott was a Unionist politician in Northern Ireland.
He was educated at Cookstown Academy and the Royal Belfast Academical Institution and became a farmer and cattle breeder.
He was a justice of the peace and Deputy Lieutenant for County Tyrone. He served as Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Labour from 1941-1943.
He was a member of Tyrone County Council and served as its chairman. He was the Unionist Member of Parliament (Member of Parliament) in the Northern Ireland parliament for Fermanagh and Tyrone and then South Tyrone from 1925-1944.
