In 1972, after four years in private practice and a term as Champaign County States Attorney, Lawrence Johnson formed his own law firm to conduct a general litigation oriented practice in Central Illinois.
In 1985, the firm became a Professional Corporation and Catherine Barbercheck became part owner.
