Career
She has previous journalism experience from placements and freelance work at Independent Television national news, British Broadcasting Corporation London, Institute for War and Peace Reporting, CTVC and British Broadcasting Corporation Points West in Bristol. Yasmin was an Independent Television News trainee at Independent Television News West Country in the Bristol newsroom until April 2013, moving from there to Independent Television News Meridian initially as a production journalist and then becoming the News Editor in 2014 for the South East service covering Kent, East Sussex and south Essex for the Independent Television Meridian sub-region.
